This property is owned by a personal friend who has used the property as a holiday home for his family since 1994 and has now decided to release the La Marina property as he has purchased a new property upsizing & upgrading to what will become his retirement home.

 The property set back from a quite street and unlike other similar properties in the area,which face onto one another, there is open public space to the front, which also provides easy access and parking.   

The photos were taken in late December 2005 in the late afternoon. Not the best time, but could see the potential for spectacular sunsets as we witnessed that evening when we returned to our apartment. In the winter months, the property benefits from the warmth of the afternoon sun which is welcomed during winter residency.
